The Natural Program to strengthen bone is designed by Ruthy Alon - a senior trainer in the Feldenkrais Method and the author of “Mindful Spontaneity” (North Atlantic Books) translated into four languages. The program is set in one intensive segment of 3 days, once a year, for three years. And is for people who are willing to commit themselves to apply it personally as well as those who are interested to teach the program to the public. Many researches point out the relationship between the failure of absorbing into the bones, even though it is available in the blood, and lack of a pressure producing factor. The loss of density in bone tissue tends to set a feeling of weakness and apprehension to lose equilibrium. This developed tendency, to avoid dynamic movement aggravate even more the vicious circle of degeneration.
